Summer Solstice Long Table Dinner

Date: June 23 2018
Time: 6-9pm
Place: The Cidery

We will be hosting our first Long Table Dinner on Saturday June 23 and the theme will be “Fun In a Bun”  Each guest will receive a trio of delicious sliders on home made brioche buns-

  • Pulled Aldergrove nut fed pork, cider barbecue sauce and creamy bacon slaw 
  • Braised boneless short rib, caramelized onions, truffle aioli, Glorious Organics arugula, and braised jus
  • Balsamic roasted Portobello mushroom, Golden Ears brie, rosemary aioli, peppercress, and red onion marmalade (vegetarian)

2 x Seasonal salads

House pickle platter

Fruit strudels with cider creme

To pair with this we will be creating a special cider which will be poured until its gone.  Music will be provided by the fabulous Jana Seale and if weather allows there will be a sky lantern release.

Chef Adrian will be preparing the food and we can accomodate vegetarians and gluten free diets upon request.

Tickets will be $50 per person and will go on sale on June 9th.  We will send out an e-mail with the link at this time.  These events always sell out quickly so gather your friends and make your plans!

There will be an optional workshop in advance of the dinner to allow you to make your own mid-summer floral crowns to wear at the event.


Langley Libations Tour

Date: June 24 2018
Time: 1-6pm
Place: 4 locations in Langley

On June 24th, 2018 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm we invite you to grab a passport and tasting glass and join our tour!

Throughout this amazing event, you will visit the four locations where you will get your passport stamped, taste some amazing craft beer, wine, cider, vodka and mead, eat some food and enjoy live music.  Completed passports will be entered into a draw for some fabulous prizes

Cocktail Party and Piano Bar

Date: July 13 2018
Time: 6-9pm
Place: The Cidery

Join us for a casual evening mixing and sampling cocktails.  Our cocktail specialist Anthony will be mixing Roots and Wings spirits with our ciders to create some fabulous taste sensations.  Appetizers and music will be served.

Farm To Forno Long Table

Date: Saturday August 11th 2018

The Farm to Forno Pizza Truck is Back!!!

Brock and his team were at the cidery last September and we loved their pizzas so much we’ve asked them to come back. Mounted on a vintage Chevy truck, their wood fired pizza oven cooks up some pretty fabulous pies. Join us on Saturday August 11th 6pm – 9 pm for a pizza party you’ll never forget!

Pizzas will be served buffet style from the oven, toppings include:

  • Farmers Market (vegatarian)
  • Pepperoni
  • Salami and Mushroom
  • Mango Pulled Pork
  • Bourbon Bacon
  • Wild Boar
  • Beef and Tomato
  • Ham and Pineapple
  • Four Cheese
  • Dessert pizza

These will be accompanied by fresh caesar salad.















To pair with this we will be creating a special cider which will be poured until its gone. Jessica and Hugh Barbour will be providing the live music.

We can accomodate vegetarians. If you are looking for gluten free options please bring your own pizza crust and we will top it for you.

Cider High Tea

Date: Saturday August 18th 2018
Time: 1.30 and 3pm
Place: The Cidery

Join us in the tent as we collaborate with The White Oven on a cider high tea.  Start your afternoon with a cider cocktail and then savour a delicious afternoon tea.  The menu includes –
  • Buttermilk Scones with housemade clotted cream and strawberry preserves
  • French Macarons (GF) salted caramel and lime blackcurrant
  • Mini Raspberry Pavlovas (GF) meringue nests, fresh local raspberries, fresh lemon curd, mint leaf, powdered sugar
  • Petit Egg Salad Croissants housemade croissants, organic eggs, capers, mayo, scallions, dijon, cracked pepper
  • Dilly Chicken Salad Vol au Vonts puff pastry cups, diced chicken breast, mayo, celery, fresh dill
  • Savoury Shortbread asiago, lemon zest, fresh thyme
  • Antipasto Skewers (GF) baby boc, grape tomato, green olive, soppresseta, basil leaf, balsamic reduction
All of the above will be served with a pot of good english tea.
